What is the difference between redirect and frame redirect

When chosing to use a simple redirect on your domain or subdomain, a redirection header is sent out by our webserver, telling the browser to fetch a different page. The URL in the browser is changed to the destination URL.

The frame redirection however does not change the URL in the browser. Your domain name remains in the browser's address field and the contents of the destination URL is shown in a frame. The frame redirect works as a sort of hidden redirect.
